You have ordered something and now you no longer want to keep the unopened goods? No problem, you can of course exercise your right of cancellation and withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day of the order without giving any reason. How can I return products?

To ensure the fastest possible processing, please proceed as follows:

• Before returning an item, please contact us by email at info@mood-naturals.com and tell us your order number.
• We would appreciate it if you would let us know the reason for the return so that we can strive to improve our service and the quality of our products.
• If you have received a free product or other gift from us through our promotions and would like to return your entire order, you must return it to receive a full refund. If you return your entire order except for the free product, we will have to charge you the price of the gift and deduct it from the amount to be refunded.
• Send the products back to us securely packaged and enclose the invoice or delivery note, if available. If these are not available, please tell us your order number and name on a separate piece of paper.
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with return labels.
• The refund will be made via the payment method you used to pay for your order.
• Unfortunately, we can only accept proof of shipping with a tracking number. A receipt for an uninsured package is unfortunately not sufficient.
